Pros
Friendly colleagues, fun environment. For Engineer positions, expect request overseas travel (although requires to book and pay with own cash first - advice: Give benefits for travels like any other companies as employees are sacrificing time to be elsewhere aside from their family) . No OT (rare)
Cons
Frequent late in salaries. Expect up to 2-3 months delay. Unstable cash flow and outlook of company future. Does not provide any notice and acts normally despite late in salary. - salary is almost everything to an employee. Occasionally hard to deal with some Management. High level of micromanagement as well, and low level of trust with employees.
