Pros

Good when your gole is just certificate don't expect anything extra.

Don't expect payment I worked here 3 month they paid me 5k on first month rest of they didn't. The vibe leaders / management / Ceo each day using Ai genrate new Project or features and assign it to it to fix with unnecessary deadline the workload is huge not aligned if they pay promised amount in short assign work is equal to a SDE 2 or 3. Those people are Arts background limited knowledge in tech stack so no one here to answer you technical queries or guide you. They haven't clear idea what they want to build or what they want to, there vibe request hard to do or makes confusion a lot. Recommended for freshers they can mislead you by offering 15k or 5L don't silep here allows check in offer letter should not be added upto or performance base term.

1. Unpaid Salaries: I worked here for a period of time and experienced significant issues with salary disbursement. Despite promises, payment was delayed for multiple months. After following up repeatedly, the salary for work already completed was never fully paid. This indicates a serious lack of financial stability or unwillingness to honor commitments to employees. 2. Extremely Low Compensation: The pay offered is well below industry standards for the role. For the amount of work and responsibility expected, the compensation was unreasonable and did not reflect the market rate. 3. Technical Leadership Concerns: The company lacks technically competent leadership. Decisions regarding architecture and features are made by management without understanding the underlying code, leading to chaotic sprints, missed deadlines, and a lot of rework for the developers. It was difficult to execute projects efficiently when the person setting the technical direction could not understand the complexity of the code required. 4. Management & Transparency: Communication regarding payments was poor. When salary delays were raised, responses were vague and no clear timeline for payment was provided. Overall, the work culture feels unstable and unpredictable due to the financial and managerial issues.

If you want to be a vibe coders and don't care about payment then this one if for you.

They promised amount is pretty huge than actual payment the pay us inshort they gave us Lolipop. The PPO seems for retain interns. - They are vibe without logical thinking just vibing. Gave us prompt guidence and Ai generated code-base no logic full of garbage. - Exploring interns a lot. - No senior / tema leader just vibing. - No ensure you will get payment using performance base or upto stipend term. In my case they refused to pay me. My co work told they pay lower than what promised. - Performance judge by non-technical guy. - No logical talk just build project with deadline, - If you ask for guidance they told you use Ai or they use Ai to fillter out the codebase which is make more messy codebase. - If within give time you are unable to complete work they told you left the company or refused to pay. - Treats Interns as Full time works.
