The managers are bullies. Every single decision about anything has to go through the director of engineering or other managers. They should leave decision making to the engineers who are competent and know what they are doing. They have a lot of endless meetings and a lot of them are scheduled during non-business hours. The managers do all the talking during meetings while the engineers are forced to listen and obey.

The upper management and my direct management are not in sync. Cause some diffciculty to work for. Immediate manager think I should do this and that, but the his boss thinks I waste time for doing all of that. Secondly, the immediate manager is a bully, itimidate and dictator. If he doesn't like you, you are dead meat. Too much tuff protecting game palying, not business focus.
