      Pros

      Small. Feel like a family. Fair salary.

      Cons

      The upper management and my direct management are not in sync. Cause some diffciculty to work for. Immediate manager think I should do this and that, but the his boss thinks I waste time for doing all of that. Secondly, the immediate manager is a bully, itimidate and dictator. If he doesn't like you, you are dead meat. Too much tuff protecting game palying, not business focus.

      It has a great culture, competitive compensation, and nice perks.

      It's not a con, but if you are not used to dynamic changes over the years, you can feel frustrated.
