Pros
Great methodology, some of the coordinators amd pedagogical staff are amazing educators. It's not a bad school to work at if you're just starting your career.
Cons
One hour contract, unfair wages, and awful benefits. I got coordinators who were rude, disorganized and unprofessional; borderline demanding that teachers work mornings, afternoons, evenings and substituions or get classes taken away last minute. Everything is completely disorganized. From December to March and throughout July, teachers need to use their savings to pay bills. Although this company has a great professional development team, it only consists of two overworked teacher trainers who aren't available.
