Pros
This was one of the worst companies I ever worked for. Management sucks no structure in how things are done if they don’t like the way you do a job they have a issue with you. People that are the favorites make mistakes and it’s cover up because they are local person with local language. They blame it on other workers and fire them. They only love to typical narrow minded mentality management. If you are knowledgeable, courage and passionated toward your carrier then this organisation can't handle you. The environment is very hostile to work. They only promotes Donkeys not professional employees. They're more interested in employees personal life rather then professional. Lower to higher management all are jurk, completely illiterated employees they promote for promotion not professional one. Higher management Donkeys copy and pasted there junior employees hard works without any hesitation and took all appreciation.

Not even any single word good things for Celegence. It's completely HELL for professionals person. If anybody wants to see HELL in then join Celegence.
