Pros

Very diverse workforce, and that's about it.

Cons

I just wanted to WARN new potential employees of the fake reviews written probably by managers or owners. As you can notice, all recent reviews look alike and it is easy to recognize that they are all written by one person, and that they are fake, so be aware. Situation in a company hasn't been so great in the past couple of years, which means high turnover ratio of employees, very unstable and insecure job.

Pros

Celergo is not the place you would like to work for if you have experience in payroll, account management, help desk, etc.and if you have a higher degree. If you are a fresh graduate with no expectations, if you still don't have a diploma, if you like to work in slippers, if you like to get drunk in the office, then this is the perfect company for you.

Cons

Inappropriate management style. Managers are only delegating the work, not taking any responsability. Managers staying late night in the office while drinking alcohol and staying in late to have overtime paid. Constant negative morale in the office,anti-semitic and racist remarks by managers. No HR in the Budapest office, failure in segregation of duties! Serious turnover ratio, 50% of the employees per year. Hiring family members and promoting the buddies.

Pros

The benefits were decent but they can offer more PTO

Cons

The company is based solely on favoritism. If they liked you then they let you do whatever and if they didn't like you they yelled at you for taking a 45 minute lunch. There are way too many politics in this company. The CFO is a bag of rocks and cant count backwards from 10. The CEO is stupid enough to let the cancer spread while watching the demise of the company in front of his eyes. They don't care about anybody besides the board. They try and make themselves look bigger than they are but if ADP wanted Celergo's customers they would get them. It was a waste of time and I hated working for the people that I did. The upper management really needs to re-evaluate their priorities. They expect overtime from everybody but they don't give you anything to do. and you are monitored at all times while you are on their computer. Absolutely no work/life balance.
