It’s been 3years since I resigned from Celsior back then Pyramid IT consulting but I couldn’t figure out any pros.

Cons

It’s been 3years but the pain and anger in me is still fresh. Covid comes and Pyramid family shatters and all those words of glory Pyramid strong proved to be wrong. 30th April 2020 after taking work from us for entire 30 days a below average HR calls and says we do not need your services Atleast for few months we are not firing but it’s LWP. Shame on you that you didn’t even bothered to pay our salary.

COVID threw everyone for a loop, and companies worked hard to keep their people and their business afloat. Pyramid Consulting, and our divisions did just that, while protecting our resources and giving back to the community at an astonishing rate. Totally unprofessional. Do not ever join this company. Sit jobless but do not think of joining this company. This company is full of politics. There are very few clients and very few projects just because every body is busy in playing politics. Clients are fed up of this company. They follow a Hire and Fire policy, it is the reason they are always hiring. Do not spoil your personal and professional life by joining this company.

No job security. They won't bother about Employees career and place where Employee doesn't fit i mean ask to learn new thch stack where it doesn't fit Employees profile. Micro management. For impress client they will ask you to work more and it will effect Work life balance if you are not billable then they will fire you.
