health insurance, good salary (some roles), holidays not too bad
Cons
Incredibly toxic workplace, where bullying, derogatory behind peoples backs & lack of respect are endemic and have been for a number of years. Poor management, people in roles insufficiently qualified for. The facility has questionable longevity. Would not recommend this as a workplace, which is a shame because on paper the biotechnology is good.
