Work from home sometimes. Tea Coffee machine. Games in our office.

Cons

Do not join this company if you want appraisal next year, "no hike" in salary. The salary being offered is on the lower side when compared to the rest of the industry. CEO talks in abusive language, no respect towards his employees. HR is the worst department, they have no power at all and are laziest. No work life balance. Old technology is used.

Not able to explain cons. In 20 worlds. All positive review are false and created by HR and Managements. Owner, HR and Management People(middle men’s) behave like employee are slaves and they are gods. Useless people and very bad work culture.
