Do not join this company if you want appraisal next year, "no hike" in salary. The salary being offered is on the lower side when compared to the rest of the industry. CEO talks in abusive language, no respect towards his employees. HR is the worst department, they have no power at all and are laziest. No work life balance. Old technology is used.
