      Pros

      Caring family company. Due to the size of the company, you get a chance to get involved in more. With good career prospects.

      Cons

      The annual leave allocated, is very basic. And you have to have been at the company for quite a number of years, before it increases.

      Thanks very much for your comments. We started off 25 years ago as a family business and whilst we have grown over the years we have always tried to keep a focus on family values to all of our business planning and priorities.

      Pros

      No evenings or weekends unless you volunteer to work overtime at weekends. Good banter from the boys

      Dirty, smelly work but that's the nature of the job
