They won't pay the salary even after 2 months, they will wait until u get tired and u leave the company by yourself, they won't settle the amount, if not they will put some blame on you and send you out. Worst company doesn't care about the employees, only they will care about them, worst management

Lack of expertise about high-quality construction is this organization's fundamental flaw. If someone suggests new construction methodology, they are not yet prepared to implement them and will instead apply pressure. They are not at all willing to accept loopholes or implement new construction procedures. And the vendors they use to carry out the work (I'm not sure on what basis they are going to finalise them) are not at all skilled and only carry out the work for convenience's sake, and they are also not at all willing to listen to the site engineers. They don't even know the basic work methodology.They don't even understand what quality is fundamentally about, there is no adequate QMS in place, and there is no room for quality; therefore, a significant shift is needed if they want to remain competitive.warmest wishes to you.
