Pros

Developing great technology to help find the savings. Marketing team is doing great things to get the word out about all the good things Cenergistic is doing.

Cons

The leadership style is based on 30 year old processes. They would rather fill the air with green house emissions and fly on an airplane for an hour long meeting vs. having a virtual meeting. Leadership manages from a level of distrust. They assume you aren't working unless you are in car at an airport. Working from home is laziness. They have zero organized training, it is trial by error and shadowing technical resources. You will not earn commissions for at least a year or more.

Thank you for your support of Cenergistic’s technology and marketing efforts. While the company embraces new technologies and methods to sell and deliver our services, we have a relational sales process so direct meetings with prospects are vital. Travel requirements are included in our job description, interview process and the extensive training and onboarding we have developed. Our formal training processes and on-the-job shadowing are designed to help ensure our sales staff understand and can articulate the many benefits our experts deliver to clients. Cenergistic is a unique company offering a unique service. New employees who listen, learn and embrace our methods succeed. That’s why, though we’ve added dozens of new corporate positions in the last year, our average employee tenure is 5.6 years. Further, the majority of our salespersons do earn commissions within the first year while also earning a competitive base salary.

Pros

Nice, salt of the earth employees.

Cons

Welcome to Gilead handmaids. Travel back in time before civil rights revolutionized our culture. Regardless of your experience or education, prepare to be micro managed like a blue collar shift worker by the hour. Diversity is non existent. Women and minorities have no place. Innovative thinking, new ideas, new people and concepts are frowned upon. An entire exec team of talented, capable individuals were in and out in 6 months due to erratic hiring, firing and the inability to evolve to the 21st century. Dinosaurs. Forget PTO. Employees are fired or leave because there is zero flexibility - even in times of family emergency. It’s 8-5 at your desk, and working from home is not an option regardless of circumstance (book PTO for that). These people still use desktop computers and handwritten memos as if laptops and the internet do not exist to enable us to work from virtually anywhere. Men have impressive offices with views and women sit on the parameters on the outside to quietly administrate, take notes, keep the office tidy and the coffee hot. Buyer beware. Run Forest Run. If you believe in diversity of thought, healthy culture, empowering employees, vacation, its not for you. The men who work there with daughters or of color should be ashamed of themselves for condoning this archaic mindset. Must be a gravy train for a select few at the top who comply, I cannot think of a single reason to acquiesce otherwise.

We take reasoned feedback seriously. While we’re concerned with former employees’ perception of their time spent at Cenergistic, it is evident that these comments are not intended to be constructive or accurate. They don’t warrant a detailed response. Working with our CFO and General Counsel, (who happen to be strong, capable intelligent women), we’re continuing to expanding diversity in our workforce. Our HR department is constantly focusing on improving benefits and the company culture. We’re a collaborative, communicative company and welcome input from our valued team members.
