Pros

The salary offered by this company although excellent, does not and cannot make up for the mentally and sometimes verbally abusive manipulation given by mid and upper management.

Cons

This company should be called Cenpatico High School for how mid to upper management behaves not just towards one another, but to their direct reports. Mid to upper management knows how to bully hard working individuals and they get away with this type of behavior. The expectations of getting work done in this company is beyond reasonable. No exaggeration when you are working 7 days a week at least 10-12 hours a day and that doesn't include working from home and if the management should see you online they IM you and ask you to do more things before returning to work in the morning! If you think you have the attitude of I can change them...STOP...you cannot. Someone at corporate headquarters needs to conduct a full investigation of what truly transpires on a daily basis here for anything to be taken seriously and to believe with their own eyes what truly goes on in this place. Career opportunities abound here because they cannot keep staff. Compensation and Benefits are great but you will use all your benefits and money towards your own medical treatments because you will become sick due to being overwork and the massive undo amounts of stress on your body. There is no work/life balance because you will be doing nothing but working and senior management....well nothing else needs to be said I've said everything....oh and culture and values. There are none in this company.

Pros

Pay checks do not bounce. There really are few other pros but you have to write at Lear 20 words.

Cons

Where to start? This is one of the lowest paying MCO's that require the highest caseloads. Their model is to just burn through employees so upper management can keep their massive bonuses. The best perk is working from home two days a week. However they took this away for a made up reason. While other similar companies embrace technology this one runs from it. Look for expectations to be very high and support to be low.

Disorganized, Punitive and Poor Leadership

Pros

Best reason was a 2 day work at home alternative that has been taken away. When they did offer it, working from home was a great perk that unfortunately was used as leverage (threats to take it away if you don't do what they say). Everyone tried to meet their standard, but the setting was unrealistic and unattainable. Many tried to explain that it could "all" be done, but the cultural norm was too assign blame and deficiency on the front line instead of doing root cause analysis to identify a solution.

Cons

"Solutions" were identified by those up above that did not live the reality on the front line. Solutions were random, wreckless, careless and planned very very poorly. Leadership seemed not to be accountable for not knowing or having the skill to effectively assess systems and engage in strategic planning for process improvement. Instead of taking deep look to gain a true perspective, they drilled down harder and harder on each tier in the soon-to-be-obsolete hierarchal paradigm. The organizational structure has not embraced the more flat structure commonplace in millennial organizations today. As a result, a culture of fear and intimidation is deeply embedded.
