Terrible Senior Leadership

Pros

There is a handful of talent at this organization but they are overshadowed by the awful leadership. Everything is about building the ego of the inept and immature leadership team. They want credit but don’t do the work with any thoughtfulness.

Cons

The senior leadership team is disconnected, not respected by most staff, embarrassingly incompetent in their roles, and unresponsive.

Pros

None. Absolutely none. Maybe my commute wasn’t all that bad.

Cons

The most horribly abusive and toxic environment I’ve ever had the misfortune to get involved with. This place is run by overgrown children who don’t care one iota for their staff. Senior staff is allowed to abuse, lie about, and mistreat their subordinates and nothing is done other than to condone the continued bad behavior. A negative and hostile environment. If you want your life, health (mental and physical), career, and financial well-being all destroyed look no further. This is the place for you.

Pros

Been working here for over 5 years. I have learned a lot since being here. No where is perfect but it's been a stable environment, positive, supportive, and potential growth

Cons

Doctors are out of office a lot. Makes it a challenge to get certain things done within a certain time frame.
