      Pros

      The Center for Action and Contemplation (CAC) is one of those rare organizations operating at a leading edge of personal and societal transformation. Their mission and vision is genuinely inspirational, making work highly motivating and energizing. As such, the quality of staff CAC attracts are some of the most skilled and intelligent in their fields. But what makes CAC truly an incredible workplace is the unquantifiable nature of the people: the kindness, presence, conscientiousness, and cooperative spirit amongst teams.

      Cons

      Each organization has their limitations, but when it comes to the CAC, for me even "cons" seem like "pros" as opportunities to deepen and grow.

      Beautiful environment, generous time off, honestly try to live what they teach, wonderful people.

      Cons

      Some challenges getting the right people in key roles but this isn't unique to this organization. This process can be messy and it was at times. I believe their intentions were good at every step.

      We have a very talented group of people working here, great benefits, great culture, as well as a great mission and vision.

      At this moment of time, I can't think of any cons. it's a busy place but the work is rewarding.
