Pros

Working with children was the best part.

Cons

The company got taken over my corporate so that is a big con. It's all about the money and not therapy anymore.

Pros

The kids and families we served are great.

Cons

The owners are not supportive of their staff. During the pandemic they created expectations for staff to continue working, piled work on the staff that did work and put themselves at harm while they themselves did not leave quarantine to work alongside or share the load. They often used corporate jargon and preached about management without following their own practices. They offered criticism but did not give training. They simply do not cultivate a good work culture.
