Pros

This is job is great if you’re trying to work straight out of high school. You don’t have to work weekends.

Cons

Upper management is very cliquey. They play favoritism here and look down on all the other employees. The BCBA’s and RBT’s who have seniority gossip too much about clients, their parents, and newer RBT’s. It’s very unorganized and secretive here. The schedule is never right and you're held accountable if you don’t speak up and say something. The kids programming are very inconsistent because things are always changing which is okay, but you’re never told about the changes nor it’s written anywhere. Again, you’re held accountable and sometimes written up. Upper management always looks at you as if you’re doing something wrong but never correct your or give you constructive feedback. You get a paid 30 minute lunch but if your kiddo is running around the whole clinic you’re most likely not going to eat. Usually the only ones who get breaks are the RBT’s who have kids that nap during the day. On good days when RBT’s are on float and give out breaks they start with whoever came in first. If you start after 10:00am, you’re most likely not going to get a break. Also, the men get paid more than the women, even if you have been working there a lot longer.
