Pros

They hire alot of people with little to no experience and allow people to grow. Some sites and locations you can make really great colleague bonds

Cons

They black people for client facing work then refuse to give you a title change and raise when you end up doing alll the work while they are constantly promoting and rotating job titles amongst mediocre and racist white women. They let black women take on more labor while fetishizing and promoting black men. They are constantly starting new programs regardless of expertise just to hoard money and expand reach. They pretend to defend community interest while taking money from the NYPD and centering their interest.

Pros

Healthy workplace culture and benefits

Cons

The Center is very large with many projects so it can feel difficult to feel connected to the organization as a whole
