      CVI is mission is wonderful!

      Cons

      Horrible leadership. The leadership team are bullies. They make decisions that they know are going to cause low moral. The top member of the team needs to be replaced -- they have no idea how to lead an organization and the entire mission is going to go down in flames.

      -great platform, really helps visually impaired population -flexible with work and life balance -great hours and holidays off -fulfilling work

      Cons

      -understaffed, overworked -small showcase of bureaucracy which stunts potential growth of business procedures -can be stressful -work negligence trickles down
