Pros

Great work environment, great clients, great coworkers. This was one of the best jobs I've ever had.

Cons

The program directors and "upper" staff are all one big clique who essentially do nothing on a day to day basis and leave absolutely all of the work to their staff. Huge lack of communication, many ethical violations, extremely low pay, hours are dependent on how many staff are working at your location.

Outstanding benefits.IT does a spectacular job at responding to issues.

Cons

Pay is average. Very few raises. Technology is behind. Program Directors hide negatives from upper management, Care managers forced to complete paperwork after hours or on weekends because of no approved overtime. CEO is always after something new without consideration for existing. The organization spends money on ridiculous things instead of the problems that should be right under their noses.
