Obviously none. But as its a mandatory field to fill in, I will write some 1. One of the Pros is that, you will see a slight improvement in your dressing sense and start buying good clothes as you would be judged on what you wear and not on the basis of what work you do. 2. You will learn to survive in the worst of the environments, so that you can feature yourself easily in the next Bear Grylls episode of Man Vs. Wild. Or I think you can start a new show of yours: Man Vs. Inhumane inspired by the culture and politics prevalent in the company 3. You will definitely learn from senior leadership about how the worst possible technical decisions can be taken with practical demonstration. You will learn what not to do in your career and what kind of companies to avoid. Enough of the Pros now, lets get down to the business of writing the Cons
Cons
1. Worst leadership and management. The whole senior management is incompetent who can only converse in English and nothing else. They are good at frightening the employees instead of encouraging and motivating them. All the policies are againg the employees. HR dept. makes sure of this, thoroughly. 2. Worst tech. stack is used, everything used here is either free or obsolete. Even college students make better design decisions and use better technologies. I am amazed how there is absolutely no vision and passion in the product they are developing. There is apathy of technical guidance and knowledge. Freshers take their own decisions and develop code, haphazardly. I mean, I am really really really falling short of words to describe how awful the product management, code development, code maintenance, Deployment is in place in this company. The last thing considered while developing the code is the code quality. 3. Even though the idea of the product is good, what the US management don't know is, its getting completely destroyed here at the Pune office. Pure example of good for nothing people coming together and building something which is no good for anyone and the funny part is that, they take pride in this!!! 4. There are no departments such as HR, Finance, no activities for employee benefits, they deprive employees of basic amenities! HR dept. is for name sake, which is absolutely hopeless. The only work performed by HR dept. is that of spying the employees, and reprimanding them of the clothes they wear and their office timings. 5. Basic humanity is lacking in the conduct towards the employees. Once you join the company, they think you are their slaves, they pay you means they bought you and take you for granted. 6. This is what happens, when a bunch of people who have absolutely no sense, knowledge and experience of managing a company come together and suddenly start a company for time pass. 7. You will loose interest to live. You will loose the purpose of pursuing career in the awesome industry of software. You will loose mental peace while tackling the everyday politics. 8. Don't join this company if you aspire to do something fruitful with your career. Join this company under immense adverse conditions, only if you have left with no other option.
