Pros
• Met some cool coworkers that were pretty down to earth. • Job was straightforward if you have basic critical thinking skills. • Work life balance was okay before COVID as on-call was roughly once every 6 months for a week straight.
Cons
• Upper management was detached from the needs and concerns of the operations help desk and it made tasks harder than they needed to be. • COVID had a large number of staff laid off and pay reduced for remaining workers. (More expected work for less pay)
