      Great team culture under new management structure introduced 2 years ago

      Pros

      The company is performance driven and recognises performance as the commission structure is very good. The teamwork and level of collaboration amongst management and the team is very high since the introduction of a new company structure 2 years ago. Colleagues that were not performing and not happy when they did not get a promotion have recently left and it is a better workplace without negativity. Great place to work and very multicultural which is added bonus. Very fair and reasonable processes in place for promotion and I myself have been promoted during my time and rewarded accordingly.

      Cons

      Parking can be a problem however it was explained at the time of the interview so well aware and there is private parking facilities available.

      Pros

      Supportive colleagues who are willing to share knowledge and help you grow. Exposure to well-regarded products in both Manufacturing and AEC sectors. Opportunities to build technical and industry knowledge.

      Cons

      Leadership is very focused on micromanagement, which makes it hard to feel trusted or empowered. HR doesn’t provide the support employees expect and often stays silent when issues with managers are raised, which can feel like favoritism. The culture has shifted over time and is no longer as positive or collaborative, making it harder to enjoy day-to-day work. New joiners are asked to post positive reviews during probation, which doesn’t reflect the real employee experience.

      Pros

      Central Innovation has a great working culture with a collaborative and supportive manager and colleagues who go out of their way to help you get on track. The office environment is welcoming, and the team is accommodating and easy to work with.

      None that I can think of.
