There is a small group of folks that has been working here for years and they make it impossible to make it even a decent place to work at. If they don't like you, they work relentlessly until you get fired or just tired of it that they make you quit. They find the right teachers to rally up with them against others. There is no HR, nobody to complain to, so it makes it extremely difficult to voice your concerns when there is literally nobody that cares enough to make a change. Look for another place, there is no culture/team feeling, just stay away and find another place to work. Any other place is better than here.

The communication is lacking between supervisors and employees. There is not a clear goal or expectation on work that is being done. There is not enough office space to hold all of the employees. The adult education side is considered the black sheep of central nine, since the high school is considered the priority. At times there is not enough work to be completed and hours are extremely sparse.
