Pros
The people of CSCS were the highlight for me. A lot of people were instrumental in helping me pivot and settle into my new job role. No toxic energy.
Cons
The salary was competing with my bills. Not competitive at all, Plus, the company structure wasn't great. People spent years and were constantly passed over for promotions.

Pros
If you work in finance, project management or legal, it's a place to get trained because there's a lot of work.
Cons
There's barely room for growth. People have been on the same position for 9 or 10 years. The senior management and board seem disconnected from these issues. If they do know, they don't show it. Poor salaries. Most benefits.that made the salaries manageable have been removed. Even for some senior management positions. The just b security it once had no longer exists The workforce have become.non-chalant and despondent and this is reflecting on work output. High turnover of staff.
