Great place to work. I feel that the company is very effective at training personnel from the ground up. They are a very fair company to work for, you generally get what you give. Very nice office!
Cons
From a salesman's point of view, they don't give as many technician leads as one would like. I also think they expect the very best performance every day, day in and day out. This was hard for me as being in sales sometimes you can get in a slump and struggle.
