Great company - Anonymous employee Central Services Employee Review

Before I came here I worked for a large well know company in the area. This place is light years ahead of them. You never have to worry about your pay. You never have to worry about getting enough hours. Management really cares about the employees. They have cookouts, bowling and recently we went to play golf. The place I came from only cared about how much money I could bring in. Central Services is focused on taking care of the customer. This place is great and I am so happy I got away from those people with the blue trucks.

You must be on time If you are obese and out of shape forget it. The owner is a drill Sargent and he will kill you. You must be clean and well groomed.

The owner of the company is a lunatic. Do not work for this company. Upon going to work for them I was told I would have health dental benefits. When I went to work for this company I then found out they gave me $200 a month and it was up to me to find my own insurance. The owner wanted me to sell to the casino industry but would not allow me to travel as needed. I got the clue but would not leave. They had to dismiss me.
