      Tense culture but wonderful clients

      Pros

      The clients that are brought on are mostly great to work with. They made the job much more enjoyable.

      Cons

      The workplace goes through long cycles of being tense then a little relaxed but then tense again. It was stressful.

      Pros

      Pay is good, work environment is okay nobody really hovering over you, “unlimited” PTO = 14 days + sick time and any other emergencies

      Cons

      No 401k, communication between management / mgmt doesn’t always have answers to questions and you end up going in circles to find it, need to solidify their SOPs on the internal side
