It is very unfortunate that there are not enough reviews about this company so that noone else falls into the trap of working here. - Toxic, disrespectful and incompetent management. - The same person causing burnouts in a small office gets promoted every year and everybody is afraid of him. Your manager would also not be supportive. - Outdated processes and non-existent technology : you are not allowed to give your opinion on improving the process and the digitalisation level is below zero. They still print out the papers for signatures even though it can be signed digitally; - No career perspectives : everything is boring at this place and you will not have any interesting clients; You will work on the administration (arranging for signature, updating your manager’s report) other than on the important tasks of your clients. - The office is very dirty and the chairs are broken even though it is located at one of the top locations in Amsterdam; - No respect for privacy : they will disturb you while on a sick leave and they will threaten you to work; Also, all the work communication with your team goes through your personal number on whatsapp; I was also asked why I do not want to login the bank account of the client using my personal phone. - They try to act like a big corporate without having the corporate benefits.
