      Pros

      It was nice being able to have supervision there rather than finding an external supervisor but that was about the only positive.

      Cons

      It was not a 60/40 split. It cost more to pay for the rooms, software and supervisors than what I actually made there, leaving returns minimal and little to no clients gained.
