Pros

This is a well-established organisation with a good environment and interest in being of service to clients, staff and stakeholders. There is a strong value around wellbeing and not working when you're sick. They genuinely care and want to make a difference. In many realms the impact is good. Good environment for LGBTIQ+.

Cons

Some undercurrents that leadership is unwilling to face. Resistance to dealing with racism, listening to frustrations unless presented politely and professionally. Poor succession planning and resistance to having a young CEO leading a youth organisation. Leadership is all women, leaving young male employees with a perception of limited opportunities to advance.
