      Culture and Management change needed in Finance

      Lovely people working there and the location is handy being near Dundrum

      Cons

      A Manager within the Finance team creates an environment that is very hard and toxic to work in. Results in very high staff turnover with what seems little intervention from HR even though it’s a reported issue. Doing 60hr work week and being told that’s is expected in Finance, it shouldn’t be Left because of all this and haven’t looked back. Would not recommend working in this Finance team under the current management Also, can see at least 1 negative glassdoor review has been deleted off here …

      admin staff treated like third class no pay rises salary disgraceful (but yet constantly pays of over night stay and parties for the higher uppers) bonus's (Christmas or otherwise) severely understaffed and tries to make out the you don't work hard enough HR is useless IT is abysmal

      Worked before 2019 but no option

      I was manager , they demoted me when they took over so they could pay me less. Hired someone else as manager who had never worked in a surgery before and he hadn't a clue...I was still doing the managers job as he kept asking me how to do everything...but getting paid quite a lot less than he was... the whole take over was done so badly with no regard for the staff
