Pros

None other than maybe I’ve learned what I’m NOT looking for in a job.

Cons

Where to start… Any positive review was 99% forced. Literally asked to write reviews with your manager over your shoulder. At one point a negative review was posted by a current employer and the Owner walked out to floor and threatened to sue everyone till it was taken down. It was taken down the next day. Culture? I guess if you count people bonding over how much they hate their job and the owner, that counts as culture right?? Work Life Balance. What’s that? Non existent. Work hours are “8:30 to 5:30” but not really. You can’t leave at 5:30 unless you want the wrath of the owner. And the best part of it is that there is a sign in sheet that you have to sign every morning. Literally a sign in sheet for salaries employees like it’s after school detention! The owner…oh man….he’s hardly there but yet controls everything. Absentee Dictator would be the best way to put it. Flaunts his wealth while constantly degrading staff. Not to mention his “special” relationship with a member of staff who is given lots of extra benefits. This a joke of a company. A chop shop with insane turnover, no leadership, no culture, struggling revenue, and a toxic environment. If you join this company, I want you to remember this post for you’re gone in 6 months and think to yourself…”I should’ve listened”

Pros

There's a few good people here, but most of them talk about finding a new job daily.

Cons

Toxic environment. Very high turnover. In the interview you're sold a dream but it's far from the truth. Houston office seems to have no structure or leadership - CEO comes in for just a few hours a week to shout at people. Micromanagement to the MAX. When you join you quickly realize that most of your colleagues hate it there, and for good reason.
