Pros

Beautiful building, plenty of places to park, Nice people in marketing and closing, the receptionist is an angel at the GA location.

Cons

I wouldn’t wish working here on my worst enemy. Management is not for you, they’re against. They’re not willing to train associates or even take five minutes of their day to make them feel like a person. The person supposed to be my mentor intentionally hid manuals or guides from me. When I would find major errors in resources that are used by all departments, it would fall on deaf ears. Despite no help from Admin, I was resourceful enough to find ways to excel in any project I was handed. The upper management in Admin were incompetent, two-faced, and threatened with anyone who had promise of success. The answer was always “i don’t know” to basic questions such as “Who uses this report?” “Who else can I touch base with to ensure I’m making changes that benefit the company not just our department?” “When was this last updated?” You would be hard pressed to find anyone ambitious or business-minded stick around in admin at the Georgia location. Until they start fresh with the department, they’ll never keep top talent.

Pros

Wish I could say there were pros, but there aren't any.

Cons

This company has NO TEAM mentality whatsoever. Lousy management. Lousy support. Bonus you're supposed to get off your houses are stripped away at a moments notice and given to the butt-hat that doesn't even know what he's doing. Onsite agents only out for themselves and run all over field guys. It's like working with middle school kids every day. Guys in the field working their cans off and managers worried about themselves only. No pay increase after a year of service. No bonus. Nothing. Can't take days off, can't take vacation days even though you have them banked, can't say anything to upper management because they "protect" the other managers from being called out for knowing nothing. We're the guys that are making the company money and we are treated like second-rate citizens.

Pros

They pretend to care. I can’t think of anything else

Cons

CEO’s are incompetent. They leave the daily decisions up to a “ Regional President” that’s a joke. The most disrespectful individual on earth. Oh! Her name is Liesel if you haven’t heard of her. Foul mouth ethics do not play a part at this organization. I would recommend ANYONE looking for a job to do their due diligence. I honestly think Best Buy is a better job. At LEAST you get direction. The CEO’s are negligent no sense of reality. People will leave GOOD people at that. If you have a family don’t come here. If you you need a paycheck get s couple and leave.
