Pros

Like many large Chinese tech companies they offer a competitive, above average wage.

Cons

Like many Chinese tech companies they throw money around to distract from the clear and overwhelming inadequacies of their culture and work/life balance. There is obvious bias toward employees in China compared to their international employees, regardless of the management hierarchy or skillset. The company infringes on the copyright of other companies and artists with impunity. Internally they often shift blame and feign ignorance to save face, even at the expense of the team and the project. They are not strong at managing projects or deadlines and typically force employees to work weekends as well as through lunch and dinner to "catch up". If you are a specialist from a Western country, DO NOT work for Century Games. They will squeeze the life out of you for all your knowledge and experience and then drop you to keep everything in-house in Beijing or Shanghai. You have be warned!

Pros

Monthly credits for vending machine, nice office environment. Old office was always lacking meeting room, but new office always has sufficient meeting news.

Cons

Leadership seemed uncertain about vision. Mass retrenchment exercise in 2023.
