The management is lacking expertise and clear direction. Cepheo is owned by the equity fund Polaris which means that Cepheo has to deliver numbers every quarter otherwise people will get fired. Many of the consultants are not skilled which makes it difficult to deliver good results in projects. The managemen lacks the skills to manage Cepheo. There are no clear career path because Cepheo is only meant to exist for five years and then be sold to another consultancy. HR is not independent. The management dictates what issues HR will handle. There is a toxic environment and silos between the different teams. Management is the only ones getting bonuses, this makes them very competitive while keeping the rest with no incentive.
