Pros
They are pretty relaxed and benefits are decent.
Cons
Management doesn't really care. They are just there to make as much money as possible with as little personnel as they can get away with. Equipment is crap because they let the maintenance supervisor do whatever he wants to include harrass people. they get rid of good employees who question them and their "model" or stand up to them.
