Management is spineless. Logically acquired Cerdant and ever since then everything is going downhill. Multiple people are leaving and they are firing good employees over nothing. Morale is very low. My job was to help customers and you get in trouble if you don't put everything in the ticket. They don't train you very well at all. They expect you to know everything from the first day. HR is horrible, they are trying to force people to do things they don't want to do. HR is stepping in when they shouldn't be and forcing people out of the company too. CEO never stays the same they are constantly changing.
