Pros
Fast paced startup with open door policy. Everyone is very nice, friendly, helpful and wants to help you reach your goals.
Cons
Underpaid and more importantly lacking serious knowledge on sales and marketing process. Looking at all the reviews they are from Interns and it's unfortunate there are not more reviews from the full time employees because while some people have a great experience here others do not. Leadership says they listen but if they do not agree with you they don't really listen or take your recommendation seriously. If you agree with Leadership then you've got it made in the shade. This type of culture can be very dangerous as it scales and leads to high turnover. So just be cautious because while this can be a good place to work it can also be a difficult place if you don't 100% align with leadership.
