Pros
That you are on the road meeting customers most of the time and you don't have to see or listen to the owner.
Cons
You essentially have to learn the CertaPro smoke and mirrors sales technique and lie to your customers. All we do is broker the painting job and sub it out to undocumented workers who speak very little English, are not background checked and are paid minimum wages in cash , while CertaPro charges 300% more to the customer. Also, we spray paint your house and essentially finish painting it in a quarter of the time we charge you for. I feel bad charging the prices I do because I know customers could save thousands of dollars with other non-franchise painting contractors but it's like stealing money from uneducated consumers.
