      Fast growing and successful company, very rewarding atmosphere. Cares deeply about the safety and well being of their people. Provides advancement opportunities.

      Cons

      Intense culture (fast growth) can make Certarus not the best fit for everyone.

      They treat you great until they no longer need you.

      Cons

      You can get great feedback from your manager, and be let go with no explanation shortly after. The COO is more interested in hiring old friends from Schlumberger then she is in supporting the staff that’s already in place.
