Pros

None, I need to enter 5 words to proceed.

Cons

Firstly, be mindful of the rating, it had 4 x 5 Star ratings in one day.If you could put no stars many would. Heed the recent ratings, they are all spot on and as there is a recurring theme. The CEO is over bearing, controlling and isn't open to any ideas or feedback. Head Office is the most sterile place I have ever seen, it would appear everyone is afraid to talk, even when getting a coffee. No radio, headphones, just silence. Never seen this before in my working career. The CEO will gladly berate people in front of others or directly to you and the substance of such is usually wrong...." I heard that..." and there is no point in putting your side across. He doesn't listen. A lot of the process from interview to exit is absolute rubbish, you won't enjoy it. The culture is toxic and to be a cultural fit you need to be somewhat of a sycophant, he has a small amount of favorites and everyone else is an employee and dispensable. The only thing I learn't from Certero is that I need to more focused on culture and the companies outlook. When I started it had a rating of 4.3 but I should have looked at the dates of the cluster of 5 star ratings and as you can see it is sliding fast.

Pros

Finishing work at 4 o'clock.

Cons

No training in house or otherwise. Not able to use own initiative or implement ideas or better/modern ways of doing things. It is Mr Lunts way or no way. No small talk allowed and no team building encouraged. Terrible working environment. Totally miserable. Staff are expected to know what to do and how the Director wants things done without any training or information when they start. No training or job description of duties and responsibilities. Management are patronising in their communication. They are quick to quite publicly reprimand staff in front of colleagues. They dont listen. Lots of hiring and firing. No problems firing staff out of the blue regardless of contract and legal obligations. Tens of staff have come and gone from this business. Much smaller company than they like to portray - around 15 employees max. Half the building is empty so they have to spread out and bring friends/family in to bulk it out when clients visit. Everyone I know who has left this company has done so due to the same aforementioned reasons. The company have lost a number of excellent professional candidates from all areas of the business.

Pros

Interesting products to work on

Cons

They are arrogant to say the least. They treat their staff very poorly and use 'bonus' as a way to get staff to work ridiculous hours. If you don't do ridiculous hours or invent something they can instantly sell, you can forget your bonus. Also the management are control freaks. They don't like staff making small talk which is necessary when you work in the technical side as technology can fry your brain and you need that outlet to build relationships with people you work with. When you do work, anything you produce can/will be scrutinised and will even be deleted or re-written by someone else without you even knowing!
