Friendly and outgoing field staff. Banked time allowed for extra time off. Variety of jobs so that you are not doing the same thing every day.
Cons
There is a disconnect between management and regular staff. The shift work is on call seven days a week so that can have a negative effect on your lifestyle and perhaps health.
