Speaking with good clients, about really good things. Trying to actually help a company when they need training needs was great.
Cons
Fraud. The company has cooked their books since 2024. We have lied to customers, to employees and we are trying to cover it all up. Our people team is not actually trained in anything HR. Our CEO is out of touch with reality. His all hands calls speak about growth within the company the employees and the customers, yet never addresses the real issue here.. You either have to commit the fraud or don't get paid. Reps have been threatened with their jobs and pay to do very unethical things. Many of us have spoken up we are keep speaking up and yet no one in upper management cares. I highly suggest if you come across any accounts that have questionable behavior report it to a 3rd party company that will investigate Certus.
