Schedule was not disclosed until the first day. Long hours demanded without bonus or incentives. No growth potential. The role you're hired for is the role you're expected to stay in. Of course, actual roles do not mean much as there is a total lack of management structure. Dated software systems. Highly lacking in benefits as well. Prepare to be micro-managed to the Nth degree. Deep ingrained culture of distrust.

Dishonest people, constant backstabbing, no real management to speak of. You are controlled by the whim/freak out of the week.
They don't tell you the real schedule they expect you to keep... Or that you get no days off in the first year... Only six sick days.

LOTs of judgment and drama between ownership/ what passes for management and employees. I've never worked anywhere that was so unprofessional. We were instructed to resell returned items knowing they have been used or are broken. Unstable owners create abusive work environment - you never know what new madness the day will bring. Promised benefits but "rules" change constantly. They are used to employees who frankly can't find work anywhere else so they routinely change schedule (add hours) without any notice, no days off. Discovered withholding was calculated wrong on paycheck - never corrected. They somehow make a lot of money in spite of antiquated systems and poor customer service.
