      Pros

      You put in your hours for the month - so if you have something to do (that you know about a month in advance) you can take time off. Everyone is very nice and helpful.

      Cons

      You don't get a chance to meet people who work in the main office. So, your networking and chances to get a promotion seem limited. Very isolated position.

      Work environment is enjoyable actually. It pays off and everyone gets along. People have been there for years so you can feel the culture.

      Can fall by the wayside at times but the benefits make up for it.
