      You put in your hours for the month - so if you have something to do (that you know about a month in advance) you can take time off. Everyone is very nice and helpful.

      Cons

      You don't get a chance to meet people who work in the main office. So, your networking and chances to get a promotion seem limited. Very isolated position.

      -lots of opportunity to move up in the company -stable work environment

      Cons

      -the experience will be good or bad depending on which venue you work at, so whatever you do, DON'T get assigned to work at Switchhouse.
