      Pros

      Compassion and employee wellbeing are at the core of everything at CS and not just in words. Unlimited leave and every 4th Friday off in summer are truely life improving perks. There is an also a strong culture of growth and learning making it a great place to start your web3 career.

      Cons

      Culture can be quite different between teams so individual experiences might be different. Feels like the company is still finding its fit as it moves from consulting focus to product focus

      Pros

      Fairly low stress minus the confusion. Because it’s so confusing you can hide-out and do the bare minimum. People are friendly and it’s a very pro-travel/pro-conference culture.

      Cons

      Lacks experience, and is resistant to new ideas. For a blockchain company, it’s surprising how old and stodgy some of the practices are, it’s like a 1980s boys club all over again.
